Thanksgiving at the Farm!

As the golden leaves flutter their last dance and November stretches its final hours, we pause, reflect, and give thanks here at Little Planes Farm. The air hums with the promise of winter, and the landscape, touched by frost, glows with a quiet beauty. It’s a season to embrace both the fruits of hard work and the dreams of what’s to come.

This year has been nothing short of incredible.

Thanks to you—our cherished customers, friends, and farm family—business is thriving. We’ve sold out of feed weekly, restocked, and sold out again, with new customers becoming loyal friends. The farm buzzes with life and purpose, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Speaking of growth, we’ve been working tirelessly on our new building, which will expand our inventory capacity fivefold. Yes, you heard that right—five times the room for feed, supplies, and every necessity your animals need to thrive. While construction is slightly delayed we’re excited to announce it will be ready by the end of December to January. As we like to say around here: "Good things take time, and great things take a smidge longer."

This next step will allow us to stock a wider variety of supplies and provide better inventory coverage. No more waiting for back-ordered items; we’re setting ourselves up to meet your needs before you even realize you have them. And let’s be real—more room also means easy to manage bags.

But Thanksgiving isn’t just about looking ahead; it’s about savoring the now. With weather reports predicting a cold snap next week—temperatures dipping as low as 21°F—it’s a good time to prepare your animals for winter’s embrace. Make sure shelters are sturdy, bedding is thick, and water sources won’t freeze overnight. Let’s keep those hooves warm, feathers fluffed, and tails wagging, even as frost paints the pastures silver.

As we gather around tables piled high with turkey, ham, and all the fixings, we’re reminded of the blessings

that come with each season—the hard work of planting, the joy of harvest, and the quiet moments of rest in between. At Little Planes Farm, we’re thankful for your trust, your support, and your shared love for the land and its bounty.

From all of us at Little Planes Farm, Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃💛

Gas Pump Money, save it for you instead!?

Have you heard of UPSIDE gas app?

Instead of savings the money at the gas pump, this app saves it in an account, and you can cash out and get the money. Which is way better then just getting money off, how about keeping it to keep instead! So far, in 1 year, we've earned about 300.00! If you share the app with someone else, you'll make a few pennies off them as well. IT'S PRETTY COOL.

All you do is open the app, and click CLAIM while at a gas station.
