Greetings Farm Fans!
It's that time of year, where we start to see the natural world of replication at work. We've got Kid Goats, Baby piglets, Egg Hatchings! The time is coming quick. We're already starting to get a surge of calls for chicks and eggs. Take note, we still have some time to get through this cold weather, and February always delivers surprises. We recently had baby piglets, and are expecting many more. It takes about 6-8 weeks min before they are ready though.

We are accepting deposits now to hold! The Hatchery fires up in March, and we'll begin our process to hatch out as many chicks your demand puts out there! We also had a baby boy kid goat born, who's healthy and doing great! 1hr after birth, he was running.

The Feed Hut is doing great. We really appreciate all the support, and the customers we have. Our new goals are to keep our feed store supplied with your needed feed, and no more waits. Come by on the weekends and stop in to see the store 9am-3pm Saturday and Sunday. Scheduled pickups available during the week!
We're still working on a few angles to get more locations setup this year. We have had to learn a lot to get this far, and now we'll need even more to go beyond! We're happy to explore these options and committed to expanding our footprint to other areas. Save some of you some gas even. We'll keep you posted on this as it develops.

Some Notable Mill information:
We are still out of Timothy Pellets. The mill has advised there were complications with supply coming from Canada, and this has caused some unfortunate delays.
In good news, Showtime has returned to normal levels it would appear (at least for us) I know there are still rations among dealers, but it seems much better now.
Some Feed Store News:
We got our Safety Ramp built in place! This is exciting as we can now wheel our Dolly down the ramp, and even more, you can safely walk up it.

Made from the finest French Cedar, found only in a 10 sq mile forest just outside of France. Ok, just kidding! It's Treated Pine. But it's strong!
We've also placed some bags above our inventory to help locate your feed! This we believe, will be especially helpful to those who self pickup! The current locations of the inventory should remain constant and we intend to be their permanent spot.

Here's the latest video of the best feed in North Carolina!
Some news on the Farm!
With the recent Ice Storm, it's always super pretty outside, but with sometimes dangerous effects. Be careful after an ice storm, and be warry of Falling Limbs and trees. We had lots of fallen trees and limbs. Thankfully for us, nothing was damaged. It does have a unique and hard to describe scene first thing in the morning, when the light hits all the ice. Here's a quick video showing down the south walk path to check on the birds.
Here's a fun Video of "Buddy" the Alpine, being.. Buddy. He's likes to steal the show. He's become very friendly over the years, but still likes to randomly ram me and plays a bit hard for my liking. Have to keep an eye on him, as he's quick to rear up on his hind legs, and think i'm ready for a dual of head-to-head. Nope.
Lastly I'll leave you with the latest Piglet addition! These guys are doing great, and even though born just before an ice storm, they survived and are very healthy. They should be available in the coming weeks, and hopefully expecting more!
Thanks to all who support us. Get in contact and let us know how we can help your farm!
