April Showers and Earth Day!!

That's right, time for the rain, and the good old "Earth Day". I remember earth day mostly only from Elementary school. In 5th grade, I drew some hands holding the earth, and it got placed in a Museum in Wilmington NC for an entire year for Earth Day. Who knows where that things is now. But Earth day, really, we're all living that every day if you have animals! The name "April" likely comes from the Latin word "Aperire," meaning "to open," as it's a month when nature seems to open up with blooming flowers and warmer weather. National Pet day, is April 11th. Who knew!?
In other news for the Farm and Feed friends here at Little Planes Farm;
The FEED STORE is doing great. We really appreciate everyone and we're hoping to throw some spring / summer promotions, so look for those. As of now, we're stocking max feed, and our patrons are showing us the love in return. For that, we thank you!
We're stocking more feed than ever! We have almost everything, and if we don't let us know you need it and we'll get it!
Some notable new additions to the inventory are Pine Shavings, Diatomaceous-Earth, Lime and more Kalmbach feeds!
As for the farm, it's doing great! We've been replacing old fence with Cattle Panel. Yea, that got expensive quick. But, it is worth it. We have been slowly replacing our Redline fencing with Cattle Panel. At a price of $1.80~ a foot, it really just makes sense. If you want information about how to setup Cattle Panel, reach out. We've learned a thing or two, and can help point you in the direction that wont break the bank either!
